WSB's Opportunity+ Training Program is a technical career pathway targeted toward traditionally underrepresented communities in the engineering and construction industry. The program is offered once per year, from January - April, and includes workplace readiness training, technical learning, and field experience. In addition to hiring graduates of the programs ourselves, WSB works to connect graduates to other hiring partners in the industry. Opportunity+ is a fast track to a rewarding career for participants and a pipeline for diverse talent for the industry
