The South-Central Minnesota Joint Apprenticeship Training Committee (SCMN JATC) is a union-based electrical apprenticeship program serving southern Minnesota. We evaluate, rank, and refer apprentices for 55 contractors across our jurisdiction. We also oversee the classroom training of all of our apprentices during their five-year apprenticeship. Our goal is to find the best applicants possible, and train them to become the most well-rounded and talented electricians in our industry.
