Climb Hire recruits hourly-wage workers aged 22-37 and supports them in building the knowledge and networks in order to secure salaried, entry-level professional roles in the tech industry. 90% of hires are made via referrals and networks, so the Climb Hire community explicitly builds and leverages social capital to support participants in finding jobs and thriving in them. 80% of our Climbers land new roles within 6 months of the program's completion securing an average annual income of 66K!
